Head instructor, Justin Mason, with more than 25 years experience, is teaching karate to kids and adults.
Justin offers an experience of challenging fun while learning self defense techniques and the principles of black belt. The principles of black belt that are taught are honesty, courtesy, integrity, self control, perseverance and an indomitable spirit.
Justin's karate training methods can build your strength, conditioning, coordination, and improve your focus, confidence, self-control, patience, and inner peace.
Take advantage of our new fleet of full suspension mountain bikes with our Tuesday evening mountain biking activity. Riders of all skill levels are welcome.
Instruction on basic bike maintenance will be provided.Riding skills instruction required for beginners on our skateboard park space. all riders will be evaluated before taking actual trail rides.
Bikes, helmets and water bottles will be provided.Trail Rides: Transportation to the trail ride location will be provided. Trail location is dependent on the skill level(s) of the riders.
Training and trail rides will take place Tuesday evenings. Advance signup is required.

Use of any and all equipment required specific instruction covering technique and proper warmup. Capacity at any given session: 4 participants maximum. Supervised attendance and use only. Mimimum participant age is 13.
This newly installed facility is intended to provide targeted physical performance training. Participants will have a specific improvement objective defined(with trainer input as required) and the workouts are structured and directed by. persdonal trainer accordingly.
